Shipping Policy – SoFlo Reptiles
We ship all live animals via UPS Overnight from Monday through Wednesday only. We do not currently ship via FedEx, and this option will not appear at checkout. Please do not expect FedEx services at this time.
All live animal shipments must be picked up from a verified UPS Store location that accepts live animals. You will receive detailed instructions after checkout to help you identify a suitable location near you. Shipping to home or business addresses voids our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).
Shipping Schedule:

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday only

No weekend or holiday shipments

Animals are shipped Overnight for next-day pickup/delivery
Shipping Requirements:

We only ship when temperatures are safe (between 35°F and 90°F at both origin and destination)

Pickup must occur within 2 hours of UPS marking the package as available

All shipments are scheduled based on weather, animal health, and carrier schedules

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule any shipment
Tracking & Notifications:

You will receive tracking via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped

Be prepared to show a valid ID at the UPS pickup location
